When will i recieve my order?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For domestic shipping, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.
Please note that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

I'm sorry for any issues with your order! Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Where do you ship to?

Currently I am only able to ship within Japan. If you are located outside of Japan, you can still shop my items at my Etsy shop!

I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options like Google Pay and Apple Pay.
